What this service does
Digital Showcase provides catalogs and links for contacting independent sellers. MyNextWebsite does not take buyer payments, fulfill orders, guarantee products, or become a party to a sale. A purchase happens only between buyer and seller.
Seller and buyer responsibilities
The seller is responsible for its products, claims, prices, taxes, safety, legality, payments, fulfillment, returns, warranties, privacy practices, and customer service. Each seller must follow every law that applies to its location, products, and customers. Buyers must confirm price, availability, and transaction details directly with the seller. An order list stays in the buyer’s browser until the buyer chooses an outside contact service.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service, bypass security, commit fraud, impersonate others, or upload unlawful content. Sellers must have the right to use their catalog content. MyNextWebsite retains its rights in the platform, branding, and software.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” MyNextWebsite and its affiliates are not responsible for seller products, conduct, communications, third-party services, or buyer-seller disputes. We may limit access to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Texas law
MyNextWebsite is based in Texas. These platform terms are governed by Texas law and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Platform disputes must be brought in a state or federal court in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Seller transactions remain governed by the laws that apply to that seller, buyer, product, and transaction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the current version. Transaction questions go to the seller. Platform questions may be sent through mynextwebsite.net/#contact.
This general template is not legal advice. Sellers should obtain advice for their location and business.
