🚀 How to Manage Your Catalog in 5 Minutes
1. Accessing Your Admin Dashboard
- Go to your store admin web link:
https://yourbusiness.mynextwebsite.net/admin(or click the discreet footer link at the bottom of your catalog). - Enter your approved email address and use the one-time code sent to your inbox. No password is required.
2. Business Branding, Custom Announcements & Order Channels
- From your admin dashboard (
/admin), click ⚙️ Store Settings & Order Channels. - Business Branding & Logo: Update your Business Name, Tagline, and upload your brand logo image.
- Top Announcement Bar & Hero Notice Card: Enter an optional top announcement banner (e.g. Free Shipping over $35) and custom hero notice card (e.g. Accepted payment methods, pickup hours, shipping policies).
- Social Links & Footer Icons: Enter your Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter) handles, and public Facebook Page / Group URL for social footer buttons.
- Custom Store Section Headings: Customize storefront section titles (e.g. rename Featured Products to Handmade Collection or customize contact instructions).
- Order Delivery Channels & Methods: Enable/disable order channels (WhatsApp, Text Message/SMS, Email, Facebook Messenger username for personal/business profile selling, or Copy to Clipboard) and set your primary preferred method.
- Visual Themes & Language: Select your default language (English or Spanish) and pick from 6 curated visual themes.
3. Adding or Updating Products
- Click + Add New Product on your dashboard.
- Fill in the Product Name, Category, and Base Price.
- Write a short description and add up to 10 variants if needed (for example, Lavender / 8 oz or Blue / Large). Each variant can have its own price and image; leave the image blank to use the main product photo.
- Select badges to highlight your product:
- ⭐ Featured: Displays product on your homepage top section.
- 🆕 New: Highlights brand-new arrivals.
- 🌿 Seasonal: Perfect for holiday or limited-time items.
- Upload product images or reuse an image already in the store’s media library. For best results, start with a clear 1600×1600px square photo. Portrait (1600×2000px) and landscape (2000×1500px) are also supported without stretching.
- Use Fit entire image for tall or wide products, or Fill card for a uniform grid. Advanced controls let you set the crop focus and a store-wide default.
- Choose a clear customer-facing availability message: Available, Made to order, Low stock, Sold out, or Available by request. Show in storefront separately controls whether the product is published.
- Click Save Product! Your website catalog updates immediately.
- Plan limit: Each store can have up to 100 products, including hidden products. Delete products you no longer need before adding or importing more.
4. Bulk Importing Products from CSV
- On your admin dashboard (
/admin), click 📥 Import CSV. - Select any product spreadsheet CSV exported from Square, Shopify, Excel, or Google Sheets. If you do not have one, use Download Sample CSV in the import dialog and replace its example rows with your products.
- Smart Column Remapping: Map your CSV columns to Showcase fields (
Nameis the only mandatory field;Category,Price,Description,Image URL, andProduct Slug / Group IDare optional). - Choose Merge / update to keep other products, or Replace catalog to reimport the entire catalog. The preview shows how many products will be added, updated, and removed; a recovery backup is created before replacement.
- Review the 5-row live import preview and click 🚀 Import Products Now.
- For variants, use one row per variant and give related rows the same Product Slug / Group ID. Map Variant Name, Price, and Image URL; the importer groups up to 10 variants into one product.
- Invalid rows, duplicate variant names, and rows beyond the limit are skipped and can be downloaded as a Rejected Rows CSV for correction.
- For routine management, search or filter the paginated product list and use bulk actions. Clear catalog requires an exact confirmation and keeps uploaded media available for reuse.
5. Backup, Restore, and Image Library
- Click ⬇️ Backup Store to save settings, products, variants, and image references.
- Use ⬆️ Restore Backup to safely merge that backup into your store.
- Open Image library to upload multiple images, browse 20 per page, search, filter by usage, preview, or send an image into a product editor. Product variants can select the same reusable images.
- Open the separate Recycle bin to restore an unused image within 14 days. Referenced images cannot be recycled, and recycled files continue using store storage until permanently removed.
6. Downloadable Printable QR Code Card
- Go to your Admin Dashboard.
- Find your Storefront QR Code section featuring your business name on top and website URL underneath.
- Click ⬇️ Download High-Res QR Card (PNG) to save a printable card for your farmers market booth, counter stand, or promotional flyers!
- Individual product pages also include Share product, Copy link, and a downloadable Product QR. Use direct product links in WhatsApp messages, social posts, email signatures, packaging inserts, or market displays when you want buyers to land on one item.
